Delivery to foreign markets/forwarding expenses: In the case of a supply outside of Germany higher forwarding expenses become due, which we communicate to you gladly. Date of delivery: Immediately and/or within 14 days after incoming orders, otherwise you receive a confirmation. 14 days return right: Of course you keep already performed payments similarly to the legal return sequences returned. Special productions, special orders, rabattierte regular commodity and quantities (going beyond the household-usual), as well as particularly proven 2nd choice articles are in principle excluded from the return. Right of revocation: They know your contract explanation within 14 days without data of reasons in text form (letter, fax, email) or return of the thing recall.
